Richard James McGirr

Richard James McGirr is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in real estate, app development, and digital marketing. Currently, McGirr serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Property Llama, a platform that aids investors in optimizing their real estate portfolios, and as General Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Ironton Capital, where the focus is on multi-asset class investments. In addition, McGirr co-founded GreyLoud, an award-winning app development company, and has held several leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as a steering committee member for AmCham HK and a mentor for the Hong Kong Tech 300 program.
