Prior to this, Michael worked as Principal Solution Architect at Precisely from December 2019 to April 2023, excelling in aligning technology with business needs while achieving top performance in revenue and customer satisfaction. Michael's career at Pitney Bowes spanned over 25 years, where roles included Principal Solution Architect for North America Services and Global Customer Success, as well as Product Evangelist and Program Manager for the e2 Vault.
