Lehong Chow

Lehong Chow is a principal at Ironwood Consulting Inc since July 2018, overseeing business operations and providing environmental consulting services focused on sensitive wildlife species, plants, and regulatory agency coordination. Previously, Lehong served as a Senior Biologist and Project Manager, facilitating communication among clients, government agencies, and biological field crews while managing project budgets and producing technical documentation. From July 2009 to March 2020, Lehong operated L.Chow LLC, working as a consulting wildlife biologist on diverse projects across the Mojave and Sonoran Deserts and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements. Earlier experience includes a role as a Field Biologist at Tetra Tech, conducting surveys and health assessments for desert tortoises and burrowing owls. Lehong's commitment to environmental education was evident in service as a Natural Resource Management Volunteer with the Peace Corps, focusing on agro-forestry and community empowerment. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science with a minor in Zoology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
