Nikita Lesnikov is a cryptographic software engineer currently working at Irreducible, focusing on the development of the open-source Binius zero-knowledge proof system in Rust. Prior experience includes serving as a staff engineer for a wallet product at Gemini, where involvement centered on internal multiparty computation custody solutions utilizing Rust and Scala. As the CTO and co-founder of ShardX, Nikita led the creation of B2B digital asset custody solutions based on multiparty computation. Earlier experience at Wargaming included roles as a software engineer in R&D, developing proprietary networking middleware for MMO titles, and as a senior server engineer on the World of Tanks project, working on networking, physics, and game logic. Nikita also contributed as a software engineer at PressOK Entertainment, focusing on source level conversion and graphics programming. Nikita holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University.
