Guido Torres

Guido Torres is the Chief Operating Officer at the Irregular Warfare Initiative, a joint venture between the Modern War Institute at West Point and the Empirical Studies of Conflict Project. Torres is also the Director of Engagements at the Atlantic Council and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. With previous experience at the United States Department of Defense, Harvard's Belfer Center, DigitalGlobe, and the US Army Reserve, Torres holds degrees from Harvard Kennedy School, The Johns Hopkins University, American Military University, Cochise College, and Hawaii Pacific University.
