Currently serving as the Emerging Brands Team Leader and Natural Channel Lead at Irresistible Foods Group since December 2022, Joanne previously held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Joyfull Bakery from July 2021 to December 2022, focusing on high-quality all-natural ingredients. Prior roles include Head of Sales - U.S. at Tony's Chocolonely and Senior Vice President - Field Sales at KIND, where Joanne managed multiple regions and led significant sales initiatives. Joanne began their career at McCormick, contributing in various roles over 21 years. Joanne holds a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Baltimore.
