Kristen Yee

Kristen Yee is a dedicated software engineer with diverse experience in backend development and full-stack engineering. During an internship at Tanium, Kristen managed PostgreSQL database instances and improved on-call tooling for enhanced metric visibility. As a UCI WICS Mentorship Lead, Kristen organized events for over 70 participants, promoting community engagement and professional development. Experience includes web development for Commit the Change, where Kristen built a donations management system using React.js and PostgreSQL, and an internship at Arista Networks, focusing on infrastructure code for manufacturing quality assurance. Additionally, Kristen has served as a peer lab tutor, mentoring students in Python, and has a strong educational background with multiple degrees from UC Irvine, including a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Information Management.
