Julia Riccetti Oakey

Julia Riccetti Oakey has a comprehensive work experience in the real estate industry. Julia began their career as a Property Manager at Equity Residential in 2000, where they successfully managed multiple properties until 2006. Julia then served as a General Manager, overseeing daily operations for a year. From 2007 to 2008, they were an Area Manager responsible for leading the management teams of six properties. Following that, they became a Regional Manager from 2008 to 2010, overseeing 11 properties and providing leadership in various areas. From 2010 to 2015, they held the position of Senior Regional Manager at Equity Residential, where they managed the Seattle CBD market and demonstrated exceptional leadership. Julia then joined Irvine Company in 2015 as a Senior Director, providing leadership to the management teams in the Bay Area. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Vice President, responsible for the operational performance of the Northern California region, including multi-family communities and mixed-use retail properties. Throughout their career, Julia Riccetti Oakey has consistently shown their commitment to financial performance, employee engagement, market knowledge, and resident satisfaction in the real estate industry.

Julia Riccetti Oakey obtained the ARM certification from IREM in 2005. Julia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Oregon State University between 1995 and 2000. Currently, Julia is pursuing a CA Brokers license, which they started in 2022.
