Kevin Martin

Kevin Martin has extensive work experience in the development industry. Kevin most recently worked as the Vice President of Development at Irvine Company from June 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Development at Lyon Living from January 2021 to June 2023. Kevin also served as the Senior Director, Development at Irvine Company from July 2019 to December 2019. Before that, Kevin had various roles at Irvine Company including Director, Development, Senior Development Manager, Development Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Financial Analyst. Kevin began their career as an Analyst at Dwyer-Curlett & Co. in January 2011.

Kevin Martin holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Kevin also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from San Diego State University.
