Megan Beierle

Megan Beierle has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in real estate and business litigation. Megan started their career as an Associate at Ruzicka, Wallace & Coughlin, LLP in 2008 and eventually became a Partner. During their time there, they represented various clients in California, including landlords, property management companies, lenders, employers, and insurance companies. In 2018, they briefly worked as an Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Irvine Company, where they were seconded in their Apartment Communities division. Megan then returned to Ruzicka, Wallace & Coughlin, LLP before joining Irvine Company Apartment Communities as an Assistant General Counsel and Vice President in 2019. Megan currently holds the role of General Counsel and Vice President at Irvine Company.

Megan Beierle obtained a Mini MBA for In-House Counsel from Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 2022. Prior to this, they earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a BBA from The George Washington University, majoring in International Business and Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Megan also holds a certification as a Real Estate Broker, issued by the California Department of Real Estate in 2012.
