Tyler Treadway

Tyler Treadway has a diverse range of work experience, with a focus on community management and housing operations. Tyler began their career as a Business Developer at Spectra Logic from 2005 to 2006. Tyler then worked as a Leasing Consultant at Campus Apartments / University Partners from 2006 to 2008. At Campus Apartments, they held the positions of Assistant Manager, Community Manager, and later became a Director of Housing Operations at Cal Poly Pomona. In 2013, they joined University House Communities as a Community Manager before moving to Irvine Company in 2014. At Irvine Company, they worked their way up from General Manager to Director, Senior Director, and currently serves as the Vice President of Community Management.

Tyler Treadway completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2013. In 2004, they pursued additional coursework in International Business and Spanish at Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo. Tyler obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and International Business from Colorado State University in 2004.
