Gerald Cloninger

Gerald "Jerry" Cloninger is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as the New Homes Senior Sales Counselor for Irvine Pacific since March 2011, Jerry earned the title of Salesman of the Year in 2012. Prior to this role, Jerry was a Real Estate Agent at First Team Real Estate from 2008 to 2011 and owned Earthcare Products Inc., a national manufacturer of erosion control products, from 2005 to 2008. Jerry also held the position of Senior Sales Counselor at William Lyon Homes from 2000 to 2005, specializing in high-end beach communities, and served as a Sales Manager for Ford/New Holland from 1992 to 2000, managing a team of direct reports. Jerry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
