Tiffany Bates Mitcham has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Tiffany is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Irvine Ranch Water District since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources/Risk Manager for the City of Laguna Beach from January 2017 to February 2021, where they implemented changes to establish stability and increase morale among employees.

From July 2015 to January 2017, Tiffany served as a Human Resources/Business Development Consultant for Cooperative Personnel Services, Regional Government Services, where they focused on continuous process improvement. Additionally, they were appointed as the Interim HR/Risk Manager for the City of Laguna Beach during this time.
