Tahisa Southwell

Tahisa Southwell has over 20 years of work experience, starting in the year 2000. Tahisa began their career as a Senior Consultant at C-Bridge Internet Solutions and later worked as a Project Manager at AVIVA USA. In 2004, they joined Molecular Inc. as a Consultant/Program Manager.

In 2006, Tahisa joined MGM Mirage Corporate IT as a Senior Project Manager, where they worked until 2010. Tahisa then returned to MGM Resorts International in 2014 as a Senior Project Manager/Consultant. Tahisa held various roles within MGM Resorts International, including Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, from 2014 to 2020.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Program Manager at Resorts World Las Vegas. In 2022, they joined Seminole Hard Rock Support Services as a Senior Program Manager. Currently, Tahisa is working at Irvine Technology Corporation as a Senior IT Program Manager, a position they have held since 2023.
