Jairo (Jay) Martinez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and schedule analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Schedule Management Analyst at IBA (Irving Burton Associates) since March 2021, Jairo previously held roles as a Senior Associate at CVP (Customer Value Partners) and as a System Analyst at KSJ & Associates, Inc., where support was provided for medical IT government acquisition programs.
