Paula Martin

Paula Martin currently serves as the Director of Research, Impact and Evaluation at Irving Cares, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this, Paula was a Writer at DickersonBakker from January 2019 to January 2022, where accomplishments included receiving the DickersonBakker Above and Beyond award in May 2021 for exceptional service in providing Impact Messaging materials. In addition to writing appeal letters and donor kits, Paula also worked as a Managing Editor, collaborating with graphic designers to create compelling materials for nonprofit fundraising. Paula's earlier experience includes serving as an Account Coordinator at Advocace Media, LLC from September 2003 to December 2018, where responsibilities entailed crafting appeal letters, emails, and compliance copy for noncommercial radio.
