Aileen V. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Generalist of HRIS Operations and Strategic Staffing at Irving ISD since September 2024. Prior roles at YES Prep Public Schools included HRIS Sr. Specialist, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist, and Temporary Staffing Coordinator from May 2022 to September 2024. Aileen's background also features an Attendance Clerk position at Harmony Public Schools in early 2021, an internship with Brazos Interfaith Immigration Network, and a College Initiative internship at YES Prep Public Schools in mid-2020.
