Rhonda Bliss has over 28 years of professional experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager for Irving Oil since August 2015, Rhonda has held various roles within the company, including District Service Manager for New England, Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, and Sr. Human Resource Business Partner. Prior to joining Irving Oil, Rhonda worked as Operations Manager at Central NH Employment Services, Inc. and as a Corporate Account Representative at PC Connection.
