Juliana Fonseca Isaza

Juliana Fonseca Isaza is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development and process optimization. Currently serving as an Organizational Talent Analyst at Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. since March 2016, Juliana focuses on defining and implementing organizational models that enhance business strategy and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes a role at Bancolombia from November 2002 to February 2016, where Juliana held positions such as Design Experience Architect and Process Engineering Team Leader, contributing to the creation of collaborative frameworks and the optimization of customer experience across digital channels. Juliana holds a Master’s degree in Innovation for Business Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
