Liena Murdoch

Liena Murdoch currently serves as the President-Elect of the ISA Alaska Section and has extensive experience in the field of process safety consulting and safety instrumented system engineering as a Senior Specialist at aeSolutions since June 2014. Liena has been an active board member of the local ISA chapter since October 2017, focusing on educational initiatives, supporting high school robotics teams, fundraising for scholarships, and organizing tradeshows. Liena's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Kherson State University. Prior experience includes serving as a Chemistry Instructor at the University of Alaska Anchorage from 2006 to 2014.
