Product Owner at ISAAC Instruments

Catherine Berni has extensive work experience in various roles related to product ownership, project management, and design. Since July 2019, they have been working as a Product Owner at ISAAC Instruments. Prior to that, from June 2017 to June 2019, they were a Product Owner for the Product Department at Cision Canada, where they analyzed user needs and sales requests to propose functional solutions for Eureka products.

From July 2012 to May 2017, they worked at CEDROM-SNi, initially as a Project Manager in the Product Department, where they designed, coordinated, and monitored the development stages for adding features to the Eureka product. Catherine later took on the role of Web Interface Designer, where they proposed and formatted a list of new features for the online technological monitoring solution, Eureka.

Catherine's earlier work experience includes serving as a Director and Web Designer in the Internet Department at Trader.com from July 1997 to January 2002. Catherine was responsible for creating visuals, integrating designs, and ensuring continuous quality control and testing. Prior to that, they worked as a Multimedia Designer/Graphic Designer in the Multimedia Department at TELAV in 1997.

In 1994, they served as an Infographic Designer/Chief of the Infographic Service in the Multimedia Department at Linguatech Multimédia, where they were responsible for creating infographics for CD-ROM encyclopedias. Catherine also received specialized training from Microsoft and Dorling Kindersley and trained and coordinated the work of other graphic designers.

Catherine'scareer began in 1992 at Crain Drummond, where they worked as a Designer/Drafter in the Design Department until January 1994.

Catherine Berni's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Cégep Édouard-Montpetit, where they pursued a DEC in Sciences pures et appliquées. After completing their degree, they enrolled at the Université de Montréal in 1987, where they obtained a Baccalauréat in Design Industriel. Following their undergraduate studies, Catherine attended Polytechnique Montréal from 1991 to 1992, specializing in Ergonomie des interfaces.
