Gustavo Basilio Silva has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gustavo started their career as an Intern at Raízen, where they worked on developing a new maintenance strategic planning for aircraft refueling trucks. Gustavo then joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an Engineering Representative, managing technical assistance KPIs and acting as a representative for critical vehicle cases. Their most recent role has been as the Head of Operations at BrandLovrs, where they are responsible for structuring the operations and customer success area. BrandLovrs empowers creators to manage and maximize their earnings through a simple and user-friendly digital wallet.

Gustavo Basilio Silva pursued a Master of Science in Engineering Management at Northeastern University from 2014 to 2015. During the same period, they also earned a Graduate Certificate in Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Before their time at Northeastern University, Gustavo Basilio Silva completed their undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2008 to 2013.
