Gustavo Basilio Silva has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gustavo started their career as an Intern at Raízen, where they worked on developing a new maintenance strategic planning for aircraft refueling trucks. Gustavo then joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an Engineering Representative, managing technical assistance KPIs and acting as a representative for critical vehicle cases. At Lojas Americanas S.A., Gustavo worked as a Financial Analyst.

Gustavo then moved on to FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles again, this time as a Business Development Manager, leading a team and implementing growth strategies for Fiat and Jeep dealerships. Gustavo also managed marketing and CRM strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Following that, Gustavo co-founded Alado Energy, a sustainability services company specializing in solar panel installation. Gustavo achieved a break-even point in just six months and successfully billed around 300k with solar energy projects.

Gustavo then joined Isaac as a Customer Success Team Lead, where they created CS KPIs and playbooks resulting in a high client retention rate and successful contract renewals. Gustavo also implemented a quality assurance routine and developed a predictive model for client health. Gustavo later became the Customer Success Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, responsible for prioritizing and monitoring customer success projects and processes.

Their most recent role has been as the Head of Operations at BrandLovrs, where they are responsible for structuring the operations and customer success area. BrandLovrs empowers creators to manage and maximize their earnings through a simple and user-friendly digital wallet.

Throughout their career, Gustavo has demonstrated proven success in customer success, business development, and operations management, and has achieved significant results in each role they held.

Gustavo Basilio Silva pursued a Master of Science in Engineering Management at Northeastern University from 2014 to 2015. During the same period, they also earned a Graduate Certificate in Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.

Before their time at Northeastern University, Gustavo Basilio Silva completed their undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2008 to 2013.

As part of their undergraduate program, they participated in an exchange program at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, specializing in Mechanical Engineering in 2011.
