Jessica Magalhães Graça has a diverse work experience in various roles within the fields of marketing and communication. Jessica is currently working at isaac as the Brand, Employer Branding & PR Lead. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Employer Branding Analyst at isaac and as a Copywriter. Before joining isaac, Jessica worked at YIA - Oficial as a Marketing Content Analyst, where they were responsible for developing marketing and content strategies for the insurance sector. Jessica also worked at Agência B5 Med - Marketing Médico as a Marketing Content Analyst, catering to clients in the medical/healthcare field. Jessica's experience also includes working at Grupo Rabbit as a Copywriter, handling clients in the education sector. Jessica began their career with internships at Febraban - Federação Brasileira de Bancos and SD&Press Consultoria, where they gained experience in communication and press relations. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated skills in content creation, social media management, event planning, and client communication.

Jessica Magalhães Graça pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2014, they enrolled in Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication - Journalism in 2017.

Continuing their academic journey, Jessica pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at MBA USP/Esalq. Jessica commenced their studies in 2020 and is expected to complete the program in 2022.

Alongside their formal education, Jessica also obtained several certifications. In February 2013, they achieved an advanced level of English proficiency through the Wise Up institution. Later, in February 2019, they completed a course on "Facebook + Instagram Ads" at Goobec Brasil. In May 2019, they obtained a certification in "Marketing Inicial para Agências" from RD University. Additionally, they completed a course in "Copywriting" at Rock University in August 2020. Their most recent certification is "Employer Branding Expert" from ILoveMyJob, which they obtained in October 2021.
