Vitória Arenhart

Vitória Arenhart's work experience begins in 2015 when they worked as a Psychology Intern at CEMA - UFRGS. Vitória then moved on to the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA) where they continued their role as a Psychology Intern from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Vitória joined Estagiar as a Recruitment Assistant, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they also took on the role of a Tech Recruiter from 2018 to 2019.

Following their time at Estagiar, Vitória joined Nubank in 2019 as a Tech Recruiter until 2021.

Continuing their career in HR, Vitória joined ISAAC in 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Partner and later progressed to the role of Human Resources Business Partner until 2022. Vitória then became a Senior Human Resources Business Partner until 2023, and currently holds the position of HRBP Manager.

Throughout their career, Vitória has gained experience in various HR roles, particularly in talent acquisition and business partnering.

Vitória Arenhart obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in the field of Psychology, from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Vitória attended the university from 2013 to 2017. In May 2020, they also acquired certification in "How to build Digital Products" from Product School.
