Currently at Isabel Group since March 2021, Ida specializes in ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities. Prior to this, Ida held similar roles at Odoo and served as a Senior Account Manager at afarax, focusing on key account management and business development. Educationally, Ida holds a Master of Management Science with a specialization in Banking and Finance from Louvain School of Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles.
