Laura de Robert

Laura de Robert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business performance and development. Currently serving as the Head of Business Performance Group and Co-Founder at ISALYS GROUP since May 2016, Laura has held various leadership roles, including Head of Business Development and Business Partner. Prior experience includes a tenure at Matis Benelux from February 2013 to April 2016, where Laura managed multiple business units, overseeing junior managers and nurturing client relationships while achieving significant consultant placements and partnerships. Earlier roles involved R&D positions at Pôle Cosmétique and Firmenich, where Laura specialized in cosmetic formulation and flavor development, respectively. Laura holds an engineering diploma in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology and completed management training at Krauthammer in 2018.
