Olivier Solas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, legal affairs, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Managing Partner at ISALYS AUGMENTED MANAGEMENT since September 2018, Olivier leads initiatives to enhance client performance across various industries. As Co Founder of ISALYS GROUP since April 2016, Olivier focuses on driving industrial performance through innovation and advanced technologies. Previous roles include Company Secretary at Harmonie SAS and Matis SA, General Counsel at Fraikin, and Legal Counsel at Groupe Outremer Telecom. Olivier's career also includes leadership positions at Grévin & Cie, Parc Astérix, and Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie. Educational qualifications comprise an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and multiple degrees in law from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
