Nayanika Paul is a current Working Student at ISCC - International Sustainability and Carbon Certification, with previous experience as an Executive at PRADAN, where Nayanika managed CSR and government-funded projects focused on integrated natural resource management and community education. As a Development Apprentice, Nayanika mobilized rural households, promoted gender equality, and fostered sustainable livelihoods through livestock management. Prior internships include research on microbial diseases and sustainable development at the Centre for Environment Education, energy and plastic waste surveys at SAFE - South Asian Forum for Environment, and fieldwork with the Indian Council for Child Welfare. Nayanika is pursuing a Master of Science in Natural Resource Management and Development at Cologne University of Applied Sciences, after earning a Master's degree in Ecology, Environment and Sustainable Development and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
