Hrishi Mohan

Hrishi Mohan currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Iscon Balaji Foods since July 2025. Prior to this role, Hrishi held the position of Group CHRO at AXISCADES from August 2023 to February 2025 and was the Head of Human Resources at Tenshi Life Sciences Ltd from June 2021 to August 2023, overseeing its subsidiaries including Tenshi Kaizen and Naari Pharma. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at UpSkill World in early 2021 and Vice President of Human Resources at Accenture from September 2017 to September 2020. Hrishi’s extensive career at Wipro lasted from March 2001 to August 2017, progressing through various roles, including General Manager and Global HR Head. Earlier experience includes a role as Deputy Manager in HRD at Godrej Appliances. Hrishi holds a Master in Personnel Management from SIBM, attained in 1998.
