Jaap Jan Boelens

Jaap Jan Boelens, MD PhD, is currently the Chief of Transplantation and Cellular Therapies at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Prior to this, Boelens worked as an Attending BMT physician at Princess Maxima Center for Pediatric Oncology. Boelens has a background as a Pediatric-Oncologist and Consultant Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation, with experience in the Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplantation Program. Boelens has also held roles at ISCT and regional VP elect positions in both North America and Europe/Middle East. Boelens received their MD in Medicine from Utrecht University.
