Jing Gu serves as the Head of Asia for Legal at ISDA since January 2016, bringing extensive expertise in OTC derivative products and structured finance transactions. Jing holds qualifications in New York, Hong Kong SAR, and China. Prior to the current role, Jing held the position of Assistant General Counsel at ISDA from June 2008 to 2015 and worked as a Director in the Legal and Compliance Department at Credit Suisse from 2005 to 2008. Jing began the professional journey as an Associate at Allen & Overy from 2000 to 2004. Jing possesses a Master's Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Kyushu University, as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University School of Law and additional academic credentials from Peking University.
