Verònica Torras

Verònica Torras is a seasoned professional in industrial production and process optimization, currently serving as the Scale-up & Industrialization Manager at ISDIN since January 2022, where responsibilities include the development of industrial production processes and department reorganization. Prior experience includes a Production & Plant Manager role at BELLA AURORA Labs S.A., where Verònica led the establishment of a production unit and oversaw the transition of pilot formulas to industrial scale, emphasizing LEAN methodologies for continuous improvement. Verònica served as Production Manager at LAURENDOR S.L. from June 2002 to July 2019, managing all aspects of production and environmental responsibilities, implementing LEAN principles, and overseeing a diverse range of cosmetic products. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Production Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a background in Chemical Engineering and Food Science. Verònica also recently completed Dale Carnegie Training focused on communication and leadership skills.
