Masood Kafi

Masood Kafi has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to quality management and engineering. Masood has worked in companies such as ISE Labs, Compass Manufacturing Services, Crocus Technology, NetApp, Cortina Systems, Applied Micro Circuit Corporation (AMCC), InvenSense, Beceem Communications, Genesis Microchip, and Cisco. Throughout their career, Masood has been responsible for establishing and maintaining quality management systems, implementing continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Masood has also managed teams and coordinated the release of new products, implemented ISO standards, and achieved certification. Masood's experience includes working on manufacturing methods and processes, as well as reliability and yield enhancement.

Masood Kafi completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from San Jose State University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from National University from 1989 to 1991.
