Stephanie Parcheta

Stephanie Parcheta is currently the Director of Human Resources at ISEC. Stephanie has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and has held various leadership roles in the field. Stephanie began their career as an Educational Sales Consultant for Rainbow Book Company and then later transitioned into HR, holding positions such as Affiliate Faculty at Regis University and HR Manager at Thermo Electron. Stephanie then became a Recruiting Manager for start-up solar panel manufacturing company, Abound Solar. After a few years, Stephanie took on the role of Senior Corporate Recruiter for TransFirst. Stephanie then became the VP of HR & Administration for Excelsior CO, a behavioral healthcare organization. Stephanie is currently the Director of Human Resources at ISEC and manages the HR function for the company.

Their manager is Greg Timmerman, President & CEO. They work with Brent Paden - Executive Vice President, Tim McCoy - Senior Vice President, and Mike Polanchyck - Executive Vice President.
