Martin Vastl

Martin Vastl has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Graphics Designer for extatus. In 2015, they moved to manGoweb as an External Web Developer. In 2016, they took a role as a Backend Developer for Spendee, where they created a bank connection feature and was in charge of designing the API, database, and backend. In 2018, they became a Junior Application Developer for Oracle. In 2020, they took on a role as a Machine Learning Intern for Amazon. In 2021, they moved to the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics as a Junior Research Scientist. Martin is currently employed at ISEE as a Machine Learning Research Engineer.

Martin Vastl has a diverse educational background. Martin began their educational career in 2012 at SPŠ a VOŠ Písek, where they studied Information Technologies. In 2016, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at Charles University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Cambridge Assessment English and Cisco.
