Jacquie Shanahan

Jacquie Shanahan is the current General Counsel and Company Secretary at Isentia. Jacquie has previous experience working as Legal Counsel/Assistant Company Secretary at Roc Oil Company Limited from October 2011 to March 2015, Corporate Governance Compliance Consultant at ASX from January 2005 to December 2011, and In House Counsel at Envirogen Pty Limited from January 2002 to December 2005. Before that, they were a Senior Associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth from January 1988 to December 2002.

Jacquie Shanahan has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The University of Queensland. Jacquie also went to Stuartholme School and Woldingham School.
