Nurul Hanani Junaidi is an Insights Analyst at Isentia, with experience beginning in July 2014. In this role, Nurul produces media analysis reports, analyzes data from mainstream and social media, assists in sentiment tagging, and creates monthly content using tools such as Canva, Venngage, and Flourish. Previously, Nurul served as a Research Executive, providing insights on brand sentiments and producing various media analysis reports. Prior to Isentia, Nurul worked as a Social Media Analyst at Brandtology from July 2011 to June 2014, and as an Information Analyst at Esmerk Information Services (M) Sdn Bhd from June 2008 to December 2010. Nurul holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Universiti Putra Malaysia, completed in 2007, and an STPM in Computing from Maktab Sabah, obtained in 2003.
