Doug Frantzen serves as the Chief Consulting Officer at ISF, Inc., where responsibilities include ensuring service delivery excellence, driving innovation in consulting solutions, empowering the consulting workforce, and enhancing operational standards. Previously, Doug held the position of Managing Principal Consultant at ISF, leading the Management Consulting practice and focusing on strategic growth and service excellence. Doug founded Small Company Consultants, providing guidance to small businesses and public sector agencies, and established E60 Fitness, a group fitness center. With extensive experience at Deloitte and Accenture in strategic consulting and technology, Doug has consistently demonstrated the ability to solve complex challenges and drive impactful results. Doug holds a degree in Business Information Technology with a focus on Operations Management from Virginia Tech.
