Carolyn Becker

Carolyn Becker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carolyn started their career in 1999 as a Consultant in New Business Development at Deutsche Telekom. Carolyn then worked as a Consultant in Strategic Partnership Development and Marketing at FairPlanet from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, they joined Star Alliance Services GmbH as an ITSM Consultant, where they worked until 2005. In the same year, they joined Prozess & Potenzial GmbH as an ITSM Consultant until 2006. Since 2005, they have been working at ISG (Information Services Group), initially as a Senior Advisor and moving on to become a Principal Consultant in 2012. From 2019 to 2020, Carolyn held the position of Director at ISG, before assuming their current role as Director - EMEA Lead Cost Optimization at Information Services Group in September 2020.

Carolyn Becker attended Goethe Business School at Goethe University Frankfurt from 1995 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Dipl.-Kauffrau. Carolyn'smain focus during their studies was Information Technology, with side focuses on Logistics and Marketing. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including COBIT Practitioner from ISACA, ITIL Service Manager, ITIL v3 Expert, and PRINCE2 Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
