Gordon Smith-Bouler

Gordon Smith-Bouler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Gordon began their career at Brightstar Talent Group, Inc. as an Executive Recruiter from September 2005 to February 2007. Gordon then joined Brookhaven Solutions Group as the Director of Recruiting, where they were responsible for various recruiting efforts, including managing recruiters, conducting interviews, and developing client relationships. Gordon worked at Brookhaven from February 2007 to March 2011. After that, they joined Tracepoint Consulting as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR from March 2011 to May 2016. Currently, they are affiliated with ISG (Information Services Group), where they have held various roles including Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR, and Global Head of Talent Acquisition. Gordon has a strong background in talent acquisition and HR, with experience in managing recruitment processes, nurturing client relationships, and implementing social media programs for increased market presence.

Gordon Smith-Bouler completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Tennessee Temple University between 1994 and 1998. Gordon also pursued Bi-Lingual Studies in Spanish Language and Literature at Instituti Biblico, Palabra De Vida, and studied Military Strategic Studies, General at National Defense University. In addition, they obtained various certifications related to digital citizenship, leading digital transformation, coaching employees through difficult situations, digital transformation, and RPA, AI, and cognitive tech for leaders from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
