Leslie Bonilla

Leslie Bonilla, MAIOP, currently serves as a Talent Development Analyst at ISG (Information Services Group) since May 2021, having previously held the position of Talent Development Intern there. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Intern role at The Village for Families & Children and an Undergraduate Research Assistant position at the University of Connecticut, where research focused on student perceptions of professors' ethnicity utilizing SPSS for data analysis. Leslie's career also includes administrative support at Connecticut Painting. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
