Marisela Lewis

Marisela Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marisela currently serves as the Executive Director of Client Experience at ISG (Information Services Group), where they lead a team of client success managers to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for clients. Prior to this, Marisela held various roles at Ventana Research, including Senior Vice President of Client Experience and Vice President of Client Success. In these roles, they focused on enhancing the end-to-end client experience, leading high-performance CSM teams, and expanding client relationships. Additionally, Marisela served as the Vice President of Business Operations and Senior Director of Business Operations at Ventana Research, overseeing client success, marketing, and sales operations. Marisela also started their career as a Graphic Designer and Art Consultant at Alpine Awards Inc, where they met the design needs of clients and elevated the overall customer experience.

Marisela Lewis attended FIDM and obtained a degree in Design and Visual Communications in 2006.
