Earl Bowers currently serves as President and CEO of Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. (DBA ISHPI) since April 2010, where leadership includes oversight of diverse capabilities such as Information Operations, C5ISR Engineering, Advanced Information Services, and Training & Consulting. Under Earl Bowers’ guidance, ISHPI has earned multiple awards including recognition as one of Inc. Magazine's Fastest Growing Companies and the South Carolina 25 Fastest Growing Companies. Previous roles include Vice President of Corporate Development at ISHPI, Director of Business Development at Truestone, LLC, and Vice President of Corporate Development at Dataline. Earl Bowers has a rich background in business development and management spanning defense contracting and technology sectors, complemented by military experience as a Logistics/Aircraft Maintenance Manager in the US Navy. Earl Bowers holds an MBA and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
