Ruth Sharoni-Herman

Ruth Sharoni-Herman has extensive experience in leadership and legal advisory roles. Since January 2006, Ruth has been the Owner of Wintegration, and has served as Director and Legal Advisor at DCSG LTD since November 2010. In addition, Ruth is a Director at I. BIO.E. LTD and has been involved with ISHRM since January 2007 as a member of the Audit Committee. Previous experience includes serving as a Director at Elad Systems from September 2007 to September 2008, and a Country HR Leader at IBM Israel from 2002 to 2006. Ruth's legal background includes a role as a Senior Attorney at IBM Israel from 1989 to 1998. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Haifa, a Certified Mediator designation from Gome – The Israeli Mediation Institute, and an LL.B in law from Tel Aviv University.
