Peggy Chan

Peggy Chan is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager for ASEAN at ISI Markets since January 2017, where responsibilities include helping organizations understand emerging markets and maintaining high retention rates while pursuing growth opportunities. Prior to this role, Peggy held positions at Wolters Kluwer from October 2011 to January 2017, including Senior Account Manager and Senior Retention Manager for Southeast Asia, focusing on client retention and business development in the Tax & Accounting sector. Earlier experience includes business development for the government segment at Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific and pharmaceutical sales at Alcon Laboratories. Peggy began their career as a Sales Engineer at ROHM Semiconductor Americas, working with Japanese manufacturers. Peggy holds a degree in Biotechnology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
