Araif Yusuff

Araif Yusuff, MPA, currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Joint Learning Initiative on Faith & Local Communities and has held various leadership roles at Islamic Relief USA since May 2017, including Director of Programs and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Araif Yusuff is also President of the Board of Directors at New York Disaster Interfaith Services and serves on the Board of Directors for both the National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster and New Jersey Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster, where a Vice Chair position was previously held. Professional experience includes an operations management role at Global Souvenir Marketing and internships in human resources at Queens Hospital Center and New York City Transit. Araif Yusuff holds a Master of Public Administration from John Jay College, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the same institution, and is pursuing an Executive Certificate on Non-Profit Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School. Additionally, certification as a Fundraising Manager was obtained from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
