Scott Hansen

Scott Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Scott is currently the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Chairman, and Co-Founder of Island Brands USA since May 2016. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hansen Talent Group (HTG) from August 2014 to July 2018. Scott was also the Managing Director at Modulant from September 2013 to June 2017. Additionally, they founded and served as the President of Talent Resource Group (TRG) from October 2011 to September 2013.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Scott worked as the National Account Director at MATRIX Resources from May 2007 to September 2011. Scott also held the position of Vice President at Merrill Lynch from May 2004 to April 2007. In addition, they co-founded and was the Managing Partner at YES Healthcare from August 2002 to April 2004. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Sales Director at PCHS from February 1995 to July 2002. Scott started their career at ADP as a District Manager from May 1994 to January 1995.

Scott Hansen attended Admiral Farragut Academy from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued a college preparatory program and participated in the Naval Honor School. In 1989, they briefly studied Military Science, Leadership, and Operational Art at the U.S. Naval War College. Scott then went on to attend The Citadel from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Additionally, in October 2011, Scott Hansen received National Security Clearance from the U.S. Department of State.
