Beatrice Achaleke

Beatrice Achaleke has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as the Executive Director & WDLS-EU Conference Manager at AFRA-International Center for Black Women's Perspectives. In 2011, they became the Owner and CEO of AB DiversityLeadership & Consulting e.U. and also founded and managed EDIC. Moving forward, in 2015, they founded and became the Mastermind of Globuntu Academy for Happy Minds and Diversity Leadership. Additionally, they had the role of the founder and Mastermind of Follow Me To Africa at Diversity Leadership, where they implemented various activities such as creating content about Africa, organizing workshops, and hosting retreats. In 2018, they founded GloBUNTU Books, where they serve as the Founder, managing director, and award-winning lead serial author, focusing on publishing books with African-oriented content. Beatrice Achaleke is currently working as an Island Innovation Ambassador starting in 2023.
