Lead Telecom Engineer at Island Routes

Jermaine Spence has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jermaine started working for Multivisual Jamaica Ltd. in 2001 as a Software Engineer and then moved to e-Services Group International in 2004 as a Systems Administrator. In the same year, they joined Xerox as a Snr Avaya Engineer, where they gained expertise in Avaya equipment and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) issues. After working at Xerox for over 15 years, they joined Conduent in 2002 as a Senior Avaya Engineer and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Currently, since 2019, they are employed at Island Routes Caribbean Adventures as a Lead Telecom Engineer.

Jermaine Spence attended Montego Bay Community College from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2001, they studied at Caribbean Institute of Technology, receiving a diploma in Software Engineering and Design. Earlier in their education, from 1992 to 1996, they attended Cornwall College, although no degree or field of study information is available for this period.
