Theo Cramer

Theo L. Cramer, Ed.D. is the current Superintendent of Schools at Isle of Wight County Schools. With previous experience in education as an Educator, Community Superintendent, Executor Director of Human Resources, and Executor Director of Student Services and Academic Support/College and Career Readiness, Theo holds a Doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership, a Masters in School Administration and Supervision, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-Law.
